My fascination with wolves and dogs is an early memory. I was curious at how a pack would all care for the
young and how strong the bonds between them were. They operate much like a human tribe or extended
family, with Aunts and Uncles and family squabbles yet dedication to one another.
I paid $15 for my first dog. I had her for sixteen years and some of my best growing up moments involved her. Her memory can still make me laugh, and the loss of her can still make me cry.
Now I live in Eugene and have a couple of dogs and three kids and my hope for people is that they get to experience the love and joy a dog can bring to their heart.
